The things people ask
What does it cost?
It depends on the size of the house, the state it is in, and how often you want it done. You get a firm price before anyone starts, and it does not change afterwards unless you ask for something extra. Quotes are free and there is no sales call attached to one.
Do I need to be home?
No, and most people are not. Plenty of customers let us in the first time, then leave a key or a code and come home to a finished house. If you would rather be there every visit, that is welcome too.
How do you handle keys and access?
However you are comfortable: a lockbox, a garage or door code, or a key. Keys are tagged with a code rather than your name or address, kept apart from anything else, and handed back the day you ask for them.
What about my pets?
They can stay where they are. Tell us their names, where they hide, and anything that unsettles them, and we will work around them and keep the doors shut that should be. If a dog is genuinely anxious around strangers, shutting them in one room while we do the rest is usually kindest to everyone.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, everything, down to the vacuum. If you would rather we used your products, leave them out and say so — unscented, pet-safe, or something particular your floors need, we will use what you prefer.
What if something gets broken?
You hear it from us the same day, before you find it. We repair it, replace it, or take it off the invoice, and it is your call which. We are not going to argue with you about a broken thing in your own house.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Let us know by the day before and there is no charge. Life does not always give that much notice — call anyway and we will find another slot.
